1999 Lost and Found - Life Savior

Blazer Brothers!
"Land, Sea, Air!"
Paul and Chip did the Blazer Brothers at this event. It worked very well because Chip was learning the ropes, by becoming the Assistant to the Bishop.
The funniest skit was the last one on Saturday evening. I had been sitting with both Paul and Chip at dinner and they were hashing out what they were going to do. They decided to get somebody out of the large group and do a Mind-Read. They then would read this person's mind and find out where she lived. Some adult advisors sitting at the table next to us volunteered one of their kids, and she wouldn't know how this happened. When we got to the skit, it was great, because I already knew what was going to happen. They called up about 8 volunteers from the large group and then had someone eliminate them down to one person. They would pick 4 and half would go sit down, then 2, then 1. They ended up with the girl that had been picked already by a seemingly random elimination. Chip already knew her address because it was on the registration form for the event. He did some shenanigans and came up with the right address!!!

I co-lead a small group of 7th graders with Rev. Scott Benson. I had a much better experience, than the first time I did a small group. This small group had a lot of energy and were willing to share their experiences.
